Philosophy
“My philosophy is based in my work as a therapist, sport psychology consultant, player, and
coach. Working with individuals and groups at all levels is something I am very passionate and
excited about. My interest lies in the experiences of the client’s world, what he or she thinks,
believes, and feels.

In my practice, I do my best to support, challenge and improve my client’s quality of life
and/or performance by using a toolbox filled with my own experiences, ones I’ve obtained
from training and schooling, and life lessons. I genuinely care about the clients I work with and
want all to do well in every aspect of their lives. I believe in personal accountability within a
positive and fun atmosphere.”
