“Therapy is a very personal process. I approach each person's issues seriously, with
confidentiality, respect, and with professionalism. I help clients figure out what is a problem to
them/to their family/marriage. And then I help clients realize it is possible to get more out of
their life to their satisfaction, to address psychological pain and heal. I help client's help
themselves; we are a team.” Treatment is tailored to client's needs. Michelle believes in
psycho-educating clients to help them understand their issues and to resolve and manage them.
She looks at interpersonal structures/dynamics, and beliefs and attitudes that may keep clients
from having a sense of well being with their life and relationships.
