Here to Help-Supporting you through Treatment TM helps patients locate qualified service providers,
including physicians and counselors in their area. They also provide assistance in the form of a live
“care coach” who provides 8 personalized calls during the first 12 weeks of treatment to ensure treatment
success. They also provide access to a comprehensive educational website and weekly email support
